This solution can be implemented as stand alone, or as a crucial pretreatment step prior to the main treatment, usually done by the municipal WWTP. SEG GreenFloat virtually separates all suspended solids, naturally present in the raw Wastewater, this separation inherently reduces the COD and FOGs. If the quality requirements are higher, an extensive biological treatment is installed.
